Brioche

First try, good results. Dough felt very wet throughout and looked over rested after 14 hours but seemed to work out well.

Baguettes

Not good. Overproved I think. This photo from second batch. Oven too cold as well. Try again.

Breadsticks

Seemed to work quite well. A bit big, need to cut them smaller next time. Work well if rolled in herbs or sesame mix before baking.
